From the first atomic test in Nevada in 1945 through 1998 this video documents every nuclear bomb that’s been exploded on Earth during that period of time. It starts off pretty slow in 1945 but gets downright scary around 1962 at the height of the cold war. Note the number of bombs that the U.S. has tested as compared to the rest of the world.
